These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoalPulse AI mobile application (the “App”) provided by DevNest Apps. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. App Usage
GoalPulse AI provides FIFA World Cup 2026 predictions, live match updates, standings, team insights, notifications, and AI-powered match analysis. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
Some features require an account, which you may create anonymously or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
3. AI Prediction Disclaimer
All predictions, win probabilities, projected scores, and insights provided by the App are generated by an automated model for informational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions are not guarantees of any outcome. GoalPulse AI does not facilitate betting or gambling, and you should not rely on the App for wagering decisions. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any prediction or data.
4. Data Ownership
The App, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by DevNest Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Match data, team names, and related information remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of the limited personal data you provide, which is handled per our Privacy Policy.
5. Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of, or your interactions with, third-party advertisers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall DevNest Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (see our Account Deletion page). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
