Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your GoalPulse AI account and associated data directly from the app.

How to delete your account

Deleting your account is quick and can be done entirely within the app:

  1. 1Open the GoalPulse AI app.
  2. 2Go to the Profile tab.
  3. 3Tap "Delete Account".
  4. 4Confirm deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • Your Firestore user profile
  • Your notification (FCM) token
  • Your saved preferences and favorite team

Data retention policy

No personal account data is retained after deletion. Once your account is deleted, your profile, preferences, and notification token are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained for statistical purposes.

Need help, or can’t access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request deletion by emailing us. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process it.
